The memorial plaque that commemorates Celtic & Scotland legend Jock Stein’s death in Cardiff is to be relocated to the Parkhead club. Stein died in 1985 at the end of a World Cup qualifier between Wales and Scotland at Cardiff City’s previous hom, Ninian Park.
