After being knocked out of the Champions League by Arsenal, Celtic dropped down into the Europa League as the only Scottish side left in the competition, after the exits of Motherwell, Falkirk, Aberdeen and Hearts. The SPL runners-up were drawn into Group C and will face German Bundesliga outfit Hamburg, Israeli side Hapoel Tel Aviv and Austrian’s Rapid Vienna.
