Burley announces Scotland squad to face Wales thumbnail

Scotland boss George Burley announced his 23-man squad for the friendly match against Wales in Cardiff on November 14th. Hearts Lee Wallace, Watford’s Don Cowie and West Brom’s Graham Dorrans have kept their place in the squad after picking their first caps in last month’s defeat to Japan.

James McFadden and Ross McCormack have been recalled to the Scotland squad after recovering from injury, however Celtic duo Scott Brown and Shaun Maloney are out injured. And there is no place for Rangers’ veteran defender David Weir.
